I am a Ph.D. student in the field of Networking/Telematics, attached to the Department of Signal Theory, Telematics and Communications of the University of Granada. I received my M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications in 2008 and my M.Sc. degree in Electronics in 2009, both from the University of Granada. In 2010, I joined the University of Granada as a Ph.D. student and researcher. My research interests are mainly focused on the area of network security and more specifically on intrusion detection and response, principally in ad hoc networks.
